For submission to the landlord, we require the following forms and copies, specifically Nos. 1–4 (No. 2 can be submitted later):

1. Self-Declaration Form – Please download the form, fill it out on screen (handwritten entries are also acceptable), print it, sign it, and scan it if necessary
2. Confirmation from Previous Landlord – Please download the form, print it out, have it filled out, and scan it if necessary
3. Copy/scan of pay stub, employment contract (if applicable), or pension notice – Please always provide the most recent document
4. Copy/scan of ID card or passport

Please bring the documents with you to the viewing appointment or send them after your viewing, either
