We handle the entire contract drafting and execution process. We generally use the standardized lease agreement form provided by Haus und Grund. Whether it involves unique features of your property, customized building and garage rules, special provisions, or any type of appendix, we are flexible in drafting the contract and will be happy to advise you on the legally required details.
