Rent Out a Property

To ensure maximum visibility for your property, we rely on leading real estate portals such as Immobilienscout24, Immowelt, and Immonet. Together, these platforms reach approximately 95% of the digital search market and ensure that your property is featured exactly where serious prospective buyers are searching. In select cases, we supplement our online marketing efforts with targeted traditional ads in local print media—especially when this approach is particularly beneficial for the target audience.

We handle the entire contract drafting and execution process. We generally use the standardized lease agreement form provided by Haus und Grund. Whether it involves unique features of your property, customized building and garage rules, special provisions, or any type of appendix, we are flexible in drafting the contract and will be happy to advise you on the legally required details.

Even after the lease agreement is signed, we’ll help you organize the property handover. Ullstein Real Estate Agents ensures a smooth transition between the landlord and tenant and is available to assist with any organizational questions regarding the lease.
